Mahasin Bintuabdulkareemidis is a recent graduate with a B.A. in Film and Media Arts with a Concentration in cinematography from Temple University. She mainly works with analog mediums such 35mm and 120mm, as well as 16mm motion picture video. Her style is nostalgic, experimental, and vibrant.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, Mahasin aims to pursue work in the Camera Department on film sets, commercials, and media houses. She also has an interest in festival programming/exhibition and has volunteered with the Philadelphia Film Society and BlackStar Film Festival. Some recent achievements for Mahasin include being a Temple University Diamond Research Scholar (’24) and interning at QVC as a Broadcast Lighting Intern.
